Appointments
We respectfully request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa services. Please understand your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
All Spa packages or group services must be reserved with a credit card.
Cancellations
If you must cancel, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notices so we may offer this time to another client. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
Ensuring a Wonderful Spa Experience
Please turn off cell phones upon entering the Spa so we may maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
As a courtesy to all our guests, please maintain a quite level of conversation.
For everyone’s safety, children are not permitted in any treatment room and may not be left unattended in our reception area.
Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days accompanied by a receipt for Spa credit only.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are valid for I year from purchase date and are not refundable, but may be exchanged for other services or products.
Gift Certificates may be purchased over the phone and mailed to you or your recipient. Please allow 7 days for delivery. A $5.00 mailing fee will be applied.
Glo’ Skin Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Discounts can not be used towards the purchase of Gift Certificates.
Payment
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Gratuities can not be added to credit or debit cards.

Appropiate New Jersey Sales Tax are Included in the price of all services and retails purchases. |
